Target customers: developers, O&M personnel, and administrators in the Kubernetes ecosystem. Features released: The Kubernetes Event Center feature records the status changes of Kubernetes clusters when you create, start, or delete a pod, or when a component fault occurs. The feature is implemented by integrating Alibaba Cloud Container Service for Kubernetes (ACK) and Log Service to simplify the management of Kubernetes events. You can collect events from Kubernetes and send the events to Log Service. Then, you can use the Kubernetes Event Center feature to store, query, analyze, and visualize the event data and configure alerts for specified events. The benefits are as follows: 1. You can activate the feature by using a simple procedure. 2. You can use the node-problem-detector daemon to improve the capabilities of Kubernetes Event Center in hardware, operating system, or Docker Engine detection. 3. You can view statistical reports by severity level or event type and locate exceptions in real time on charts and dashboards in Log Service. 4. You can configure alerts for specified events to send alerts by using DingTalk chatbot notifications, emails, SMS messages, voice calls, or custom webhook URLs.
