Quick BI V3.11.0 introduces the following features: support for the user-created data source Impala, accelerated caching of MaxCompute datasets, LBS symbol maps, and custom widgets. For more information, see the features released.

Target customers: all users that have assets hosted on public clouds 1. Deprecated features (1). [Query controls]: The Move to feature of query controls is deprecated. Users are only allowed to create query controls within a tab. (2). [Cross table]: Cross tables of earlier versions are removed from the navigation pane. Existing crossed tables of earlier versions are still in use. 2. New features (1) [Data source] a. The user-created data source Impala is added. b. The accelerated caching of MaxCompute data on DLA feature is added. (2) [Data masking]: The scope of data masking is extended to: a. PC dashboards: new cross tables, ticker boards b. Automatic data reading c. Charts on workbooks and charts on full-screen dashboards (3) [Visualized charts] a. New versions of cross tables are added and users can switch between cross tables of earlier and new versions. b. LBS symbol maps are supported in both Quick BI Pro and Quick BI Enterprise Standard. (4) [Controls] a. Query controls are added on a tab. b. Users can quickly switch to the previous or following day, week, month, quarter, and year when using a date query control. c. Default values can be displayed for sub-queries of a cascaded query. d. The dimension values in the drop-down list of a query control can be sorted by dataset. (5) [Mobile end] a. Combination charts can be displayed. b. Story Builder can be quickly anchored and located. c. Query controls on a tab can be displayed. d. All the line charts, column charts, area charts, bar charts, and combination charts on a mobile end support the following gestures: stretch to zoom, tap and hold the tooltip to quickly switch between dimension values. e. Pie charts support filter interaction and drilldown analysis. f. Errors are reported for charts that contain sensitive data. (6). [Open Service] a. Open Service is renamed Developers' Center. b. Widgets used for custom reports are supported. c. Reports can be embedded into a third-party system through one-click redirection, and a solution for embedding reports to Quick Audience is added. 3. Optimized features (1) [Dashboard]: The method for configuring the comparison feature is optimized. (2) [Workbook] a. Cells that has the same content can be merged. b. Cross-section dimension alignment is supported. c. Cells support rich texts. (3) [Visualization analysis] a. Dashboard: Min Value and Max Value are renamed Start Value and End Value. b. Leaderboard: Dimensions can be sorted in ascending order of dimension values and support filter interaction. c. Continent maps are added for colored maps and bubble maps. Circle to zoom out is supported. Fine-grained zoom-out and zoom-in are supported. The legend is optimized. d. LBS bubble maps, LBS heat maps, and LBS fly line maps are supported in Quick BI Pro. The data and style configurations are optimized, where four base maps, 3D maps, and three types of heat map styles are added. You can click a circle on the map to zoom out the map. e. The style configuration of line charts, column charts, stacked column charts, 100% stacked column charts, area charts, stacked area charts, 100% stacked area charts, bar charts, stacked bar charts, and 100% stacked bar charts are optimized: Secondary Y-axis can be aligned, all the dimension values of axis values can be displayed, and null values can be processed. f. Trend charts on metric cards: Icons can be displayed, the range picker is supported, tooltips are displayed when you move the pointer over the large and detailed trend charts, metrics are displayed when you move the slider on the detailed trend charts. g. Kanban: Icons of charts are displayed. h. Decomposition tree: Paths are displayed based on the sequence of fields you selected after you select a metric. The percentage of each value is also displayed. (4) [Interactive analysis] a. Axes and axis labels are not displayed on line charts or column charts. b. Waterfall charts, scatter charts, and bubble charts support dimension switching. When you move the pointer over a highlighted area on a chart, the data that is associated with this area is displayed and also highlighted. c. When you switch between circles in a chart, the data that is associated with the circle is displayed. The following charts support this feature: line charts, column charts, stacked column charts, 100% stacked column charts, area charts, stacked area charts, 100% stacked area charts, bar charts, stacked bar charts, 100% stacked bar charts, combination charts, scatter charts, and bubble charts. d. Tagging: Rule configuration and dimension configuration are added for configuration types. You can select more than one tagging style. Rich texts can be used for style comments, and tagging can be displayed or hidden anytime you want. e. Story Builder: The horizontal story line is added, descriptions can be added for nodes, and query controls can be bound to nodes. (5) [User and permission] a. The AND or OR logical operators are added between tags when you perform tag-based authorization for row-level access control for datasets. b. Operation records on dashboards can be exported to audit logs. (6) [Forms] The page layout is optimized.
