Target customers: all ROS users. Features released: If you specify tags when you create or update a stack, the tags are passed to all resources in the stack that support tags. If tags are defined in the template, the tags in the template take precedence over those in the stack that have the same tag keys. If the passed tags are not defined in the template, the tags defined in the template and those defined in the stack are both added to the resources.
