Target customers: users who use read-only RDS instances that run a minor engine version of 20201031 or later with standard SSDs or ESSDs. Features released: You can migrate a read-only RDS instance that uses standard SSDs or ESSDs across multiple zones based on your business requirements. You can also migrate a read-only RDS instance that uses standard SSDs or ESSDs to the zone where the primary RDS instance to which the read-only RDS instance is attached resides.
