Features released: The lifecycle of ECS instances created by AutoScaling is managed by the scaling group. The scaling group constantly checks the health of the instances. If an instance under the scaling group is detected as unhealthy, it is released. ESS now supports the standby status. No health check and release is performed on instances in the standby status. If the corresponding scaling group is configured with SLB, the SLB weight of the instance in the standby status is set to zero. At this point, the life cycle of the instance is managed by the user. After the operation is completed, the standby status can be released and work can be resumed. Target customers: all customers
