The RDS MySQL 5.6/5.7 user can modify the following four parameters: max_heap_table_size, join_buffer_size, sort_buffer_size and binlog_order_commits. You can resize the memory of the temporary table in the thread by configuring tmp_table_size and max_heap_table_size, and performance can be improved in some cases. By configuring join_buffer_size, you can resize the memory space in a multi-table JOIN or index scan. By configuring sort_buffer_size, you can resize the sorting memory space, and performance can be improved in some cases. By configuring binlog_order_commits, you can change the log write order when running in parallel with Binlog, and performance can be improved in some cases.
